The Fides Hotel, one of the original Hotels in Istanbul was first built in the 19th century as 2 separate, private Ottoman homes. Made in the traditional wooden style. These homes fell apart over the next 100 years.
In 2014, these buildings were restored and opened as a Special Historic Class Hotel and ever since then has offered warm Turkish hospitality to guests from around the world In 2014.
Fides Hotel was upgrade in comfort and overall enhancement to renew this beautiful old Ottoman building. Located beneath the ancient Hippodrome walls,
the hotel is only 150 metres downhill from the Hippodrome and the world famous Blue Mosque. The Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, the Bacilica Cistern and the tramline are all in within walking distance making the location ideal.
